The Carriage House is located behind the main home at 200 S 20th Street.
As you arrive, continue past the main house and you’ll see the entrance gate leading to the back of the property.

1. Gate Access – Pull your vehicle up to the stand-alone keypad in the driveway (not attached to the gate).

2. Enter Code – Type in your custom gate code (provided after booking) to open the gate automatically.

3. Drive Through – Proceed through the gate and park on the paved area behind the house.

4. Automatic Closing – The gate will close automatically after two minutes.

5. Exiting – When leaving, use the exit keypad located on the inside of the gate to open it.

The Carriage House is the full building at the back of the property — your private space for the duration of your stay.
